“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”

And the world’s true change makers, those who consume their own light in order to imbue others with power, are the heroes who wield that weapon. The influence of teachers is eternal. They are facilitators, awakeners, dreamers. They perform miracles, achieving insurmountable goals with imperfect and scarce resources. And they do all of this while teaching about racism in a language that likely half of their students don’t fucking understand, stemming the tides of an inevitable pink-eye epidemic- one eye on the board, another on the door, a third on the class behind their backs, chalk all over their ass and an eye twitch that’s been an incessant companion for fucking weeks because as soon as they get home they’ve got to navigate piles of laundry and dishes, and come Sunday when they should be enjoying a relaxing afternoon off, those damn papers just won’t grade themselves… You know how it goes. If you are someone who gives of themselves in order to facilitate the empowerment of others through education- you are my passion. With only ten years of experience working in the field of education in various administrative, teaching, and training roles around the world, I’m really only just getting started on my journey in this field. I still have a lot to learn, and I certainly don’t have all of the answers to living a perfectly happy, balanced life as a teacher.

But there are some things I do know- as fulfilling as teaching can be, it can also be unbearably lonely. Rewarding and thankless. Empowering and infuriating. My job is not to tell you what you should do to navigate your life, but rather to provide a source of empathy - an understanding of what you go through day in and day out that only fellow educators can truly understand- while acting as your vanguard, guiding you on the path to help you discover and harness your superpowers as an educator, and as a powerful, flourishing human being. This journey of personal and professional growth may include, but most certainly not be limited to the following dimensions:

 Work/life balance;

 Holistic health and wellness/personal care

 Building confidence in your personal life and in the classroom;

 Time management, communication, and relationship building skills;

 Self-awareness and self-love;

 Goal setting;

 Passion and drive, doing meaningful work that makes you happy;

 Stress management.

Simply put, I’m here to help you save the world. Sessions Who: I coach teachers, advisors, mentors, and any other professional working in the field of education (or interested in doing so), anywhere in the world.
